These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on shoporvan.com.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. Seller Information
The website shoporvan.com is operated by the owner of Shop Orvan.

2. Sales Territory
We sell and ship our products to selected countries, including countries in the Gulf region such as the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman, subject to product availability and shipping restrictions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where delivery is not available, where customs restrictions apply, or where the information provided by the customer is incomplete or incorrect.
3. Products
The products offered for sale are those displayed on shoporvan.com, subject to availability.
We make every effort to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, product colors, packaging, sizes, materials, and details may vary slightly depending on screen settings, production batches, or supplier updates.
The customer is responsible for checking the product description, size, quantity, and suitability before placing an order.
4. Prices
Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase.
Unless clearly stated otherwise, product prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Prices may be changed at any time. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Local Charges
For international deliveries, including deliveries to Gulf countries, orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other local charges.
These charges are determined by the customs, tax authorities, or carriers of the destination country and are outside our control.
The customer is responsible for paying any such charges required for importation and delivery.
If the customer refuses to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges, the parcel may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities. In such cases, we may deduct shipping fees, return costs, customs charges, handling fees, and any other costs incurred from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.
6. Orders
To place an order, the customer must select the product(s), provide accurate billing and shipping information, and complete payment.
After the order is placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order in the event of product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect or incomplete customer information, delivery restrictions, customs restrictions, legal restrictions in the destination country, pricing errors, or technical errors on the website.
7. Payment
Payment must be made at the time of ordering through the payment methods available on the website.
Accepted payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
The order will only be processed after payment has been successfully received.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, incorrect address details, local delivery issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
9. Customer Responsibility for Delivery Information
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including full name, street address, building number, villa or apartment number, city, postal code where applicable, country, phone number, and email address.
For deliveries to Gulf countries, a valid local phone number may be required by the carrier for delivery and customs clearance.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.
10. Delivery Failure, Refused Parcels, and Unclaimed Orders
If a parcel is returned to us because the customer provided incorrect information, refused delivery, failed to collect the parcel, or failed to pay customs duties, import taxes, or carrier charges, we may deduct the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, carrier fees, handling fees, and any other costs incurred from any refund, where permitted by applicable law.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by us.
11. Returns and Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order.
To request a return or exchange, the customer must contact us through the contact form available on shoporvan.com.
Returned products must be unused, undamaged, clean, complete, and returned in their original packaging where possible, with all accessories, labels, tags, manuals, and documents included.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method. The customer remains responsible for the returned product until it is received by us.
12. Products Not Eligible for Return
Unless required by applicable law, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized or custom-made products; products that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or are incomplete; products without original packaging where this affects resale; products sealed for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened; gift cards; digital products; and sale or clearance items where stated at the time of purchase.
13. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds may exclude original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, brokerage fees, payment processing fees where non-refundable, and any costs caused by delivery refusal or failed delivery.
Refund processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
14. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The customer must provide the order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
If the claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and applicable law.
15. Compliance with Local Laws
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the ordered products may be lawfully imported and used in the destination country.
We are not responsible if a product is delayed, seized, restricted, refused, or destroyed by customs or local authorities due to local import rules.
16. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under the laws of the customer’s country of residence.
Where local mandatory laws apply, they will prevail over any conflicting clause in these Terms and Conditions.

Customer information may be shared with payment providers, shipping carriers, customs authorities, and service providers where necessary to process and deliver the order.
18. Intellectual Property

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
19. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.
We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to customs delays, carrier issues, strikes, natural disasters, technical failures, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
20. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the seller, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country provide otherwise.
